01 · THE REPORT AND ITS COMPANIONS
The full report in the house skeleton, opened with your own homepage photograph. Every figure measured on the live site.
Read the verdict first, then the one thing to do; every later part of this book hangs off it.
02 · THE REPORT AND ITS COMPANIONS
Real search terms for your market — volume, difficulty, cost-per-click and intent on every row. A spreadsheet you keep.
Sort by difficulty, take the easy ones first; each row is a page or a paragraph you could own.
03 · THE REPORT AND ITS COMPANIONS
Every fault the crawl recorded with the exact fix beside it, in working order. Copy-paste ready.
This is the to-do list of Part 2; work down it and tick the rows off.
04 · THE REPORT AND ITS COMPANIONS
Who links to your site — every linking domain named with its spam score, not a number you have to trust.
Disown the named junk, keep the good, and ask the strong ones for more.
05 · THE REPORT AND ITS COMPANIONS
Real questions people put to the AI assistants about your market, asked live — whether you were named, and who was named instead.
Every answer that names a rival and not you is a page you have not written yet.
06 · THE REPORT AND ITS COMPANIONS
How the site reads to the answer engines and abroad — the language block, the crawlers, the machine-readable gaps.
The second report: the fixes here make you quotable, not just findable.
07 · THE REPORT AND ITS COMPANIONS
A course built from your own audit — your homepage on the cover, your numbers in every chapter.
Ten short chapters that teach you your own report, so the next audit needs no explaining.
THE WHOLE PACK AS ONE BOOK
The report, your to-do list and every section with its cover, the files for your AI at the back, in one PDF.
Attached to your delivery email and kept at your permanent link. Open it on any device; print it if you like.
08 · THE WORKING SHEETS
The questions your customers put to the AI assistants, asked live: whether you were named, and the exact rivals it sent them to instead.
If a rival is named and you are not, that rival is in the teardown and the fix plan.
09 · THE WORKING SHEETS
The Map-Pack checklist and the directory table in tier order, filled from this run.
Work down the checklist; every tick is one more place a customer can find you.
THE FIRST TEN OF 31
The report and its companions, the working sheets and the paste-ready files — every one measured from your own site and shown, one by one, on the what-you-get page — and four PDFs attached to your email: the report, the whole pack as one book with a real index, the course, and the working sheets.
01 · 7 sections
The report with your site’s photograph on the cover, the keyword sheet, the fix plan, the backlinks sheet, the ask-AI file when the assistants answered for your market, the AI visibility report and the course.
02 · 8 sections
From does-AI-recommend-you to the marketing ideas your numbers support — eight working sheets built from your own audit.
03 · 10 sections
Ten small files built from your own site — each one says what it found, or that there was nothing to fix — that you paste in so search engines and AI assistants can read you properly, each one explained on its page.

THE OWNER'S STORY
The first paid audit through this till was my own supplement shop. It came back with 631 faults and red arrows all over it. Mine. I published it anyway — it is the report you can open on this page.
Then I did what the report said. I did the SEO, I did the site — the titles, the descriptions, the renames, every line the report wrote out for me, pasted in. One long day, not a retainer. The same-day re-audit came back: 16 faults left.
That is the whole product. You pay once. You fix your site with the lines we write for you. You come back to your permanent link whenever you like — it reads the same in five years. And if it worked, we ask one thing back: tell someone. A review, or let us publish your before-and-after on the wall.

01 · 60%
How many people Google actually sends you. How many searches you show up for at all. Where you sit in the results. Who links to you, and how much of that is junk. This is the half you are paying to have answered.
02 · 40%
Titles, descriptions, headings, thin pages, pages Google was never told about, pages quietly telling Google not to index them. Measured as a share of your whole site, not a sample — so a big site is judged the same way a small one is.
This industry sells by the month. We sell the whole thing once, hand you everything — and call that a decent way of doing business.
THE USUAL WAY
A retainer that renews every month, forever
A dashboard login you have to learn your way around
Recommendations — the actual doing is a quote on top
Your report lives inside their account, behind their login
Leaving means a cancellation flow
THE LODGE
Once. There is no month two.
One PDF you keep — open it anywhere, forever
The exact lines to paste — every fix written out for you
Save yourself the agency money — a little of your time, once, and the writing is already done
A permanent link, and the file is yours either way
Nothing to cancel — there is no subscription
No account, no data harvesting — one email address, used to send your report, and that is all
Every measured piece, the course, the working sheets and the whole pack as one book — four PDFs, all included. Which agency gives you that for less than its first phone call?
The left column is how this industry usually sells — by the month. We only sell it once.
LOCK ONE — THE SUBSCRIPTION
The meter running IS their business. Stop paying, lose everything. We sell the whole thing once, and there is no month two.
LOCK TWO — THE GATEKEEPING
They sell recommendations and dashboards — because if they handed you the finished work, you would not need them next month. We hand you the finished lines: step one, step two, copy, paste, done.
LOCK THREE — THE SELF-MARKING
Try to find anyone in this trade grading their own shop in public. We put our own D on this page, fixed it in a day in front of everyone, and put today’s run on this page, links and all.
AND THE MOVE THEY CANNOT COPY
The whole lodge, once. There is no month two and no retainer to feed — and the day an agency hands over every measurement, every rewritten line and the course to do it yourself, its retainer model dies. That is why this stays ours.
A lodge is where somebody who knows the ground tells you the truth about it. That is the whole of what we do: what is actually wrong with your site, in plain words, and every line of it something you can check yourself.
You buy a report, not a seat. Everyone else in this corner of the market sells a monthly subscription, so none of them can sell one honest answer to somebody who only wants one. You are not signing up to anything.
We check whether you can be found, not just whether the site is tidy. Tidy is a well-stocked shop. Found is whether the shop is on a street anyone walks down. Most tools only measure the shelves.
We crawl everything. The paid report reads the pages on your site — not a sample, not the first dozen. A site bigger than 500 pages is simply the top band. The free check reads your first hundred pages, which is more than enough to show you it works on your own site.
Every finding names its page. The page it was found on and the fix written beside it. Where a measurement did not run, the report says so instead of guessing.
We measure the AI. Not a score out of a hundred about "AI readiness" — whether the assistants mention you, and the sites they cite instead of yours, with the AI search volume behind each one.
The full report — every fault named, its fix written out beside it — its own PDF
The whole pack as one book — one PDF with a real index: your to-do list and every piece, one to a page
The course as its own PDF — ten chapters built from your own results, longer than the free six-chapter guide on this site
The working sheets as their own PDF — your keywords, your fix plan and your links — and the questions people put to the AI assistants when that sheet is in your pack
Your download page — all four PDFs in one place, each with its cover
Your own pack page — every piece measured from your site, each with its picture and two plain lines
Your copy-paste fixes page — every corrected line with a copy button
The web book, chapter by chapter — the same pack to read in the browser, and the free learn book beside it
Two files to hand your AI — the one sheet of everything to paste, and the agent file
A permanent link — no login, no expiry, nothing to cancel
EVERY LINE ABOVE IS IN THE PACK — NOTHING SOLD SEPARATELY, NOTHING HELD BACK

QUICK CHECK · ONE QUESTION
How many of your pages have no description right now?
MEASURED, NOT GUESSED
In your report: every fault, the exact page, and the fix. See yours now — the free check runs this live →
01
What it is: whether your pages are in order — titles, descriptions, broken links, pages Google was never told about, pages quietly telling Google to stay away. Think of it as the MOT for your website: nothing glamorous, but fail it and nothing else matters.
How it actually works: a search engine reads your site page by page, following links, obeying your robots file. If a page has no title, Google writes its own. If a page has no description, Google guesses one. If a page is thin — a few dozen words where three hundred are expected — it gets quietly demoted. If your sitemap doesn't list a page, Google may never know it exists. Most owners have no idea which of these is happening to them, because nothing ever LOOKS broken.
What we measure, step by step: we crawl the site the way a search engine does — robots-aware, same-origin, every page, not a sample. Each page is checked for broken links, duplicate or missing titles and descriptions, thin content, and indexability. Then we read the per-page detail: HTTP status, title, description, word count, crawl depth, and how many links point in and out of it. Every issue found carries concrete how-to-fix steps — what to change, on which page, and why it matters.
In your report: every fault, the exact page, and the fix.

QUICK CHECK · ONE QUESTION
How many people a month type the search you would most like to win?
MEASURED, NOT GUESSED
In your report: the searches you already win, and the ones within reach. See yours now — the free check runs this live →
02
What it is: a keyword is simply what someone types into Google. "emergency plumber newark". "krill oil". "accountant near me". Every one of those is typed a measurable number of times a month, and either your site appears for it — or a competitor's does. That's the entire game in one sentence.
How it actually works: each keyword has numbers behind it. Search volume: how many times a month it's typed. Difficulty: how hard the first page is to crack. Intent: whether the person wants to buy, compare, or just read. Cost-per-click: what advertisers pay for that click — a direct measure of what the search is worth in money. A keyword with 2,000 searches a month and buying intent is an asset; ranking for it is like owning the shop on the busy street.
What we measure, step by step: first, every organic keyword your domain already ranks for, with your exact position — your scoreboard as it stands. Then each keyword is hydrated with volume, difficulty, intent, cost-per-click and twelve months of trend. Then the gap: the searches you're close on, where a small push moves you onto page one. Where it helps, we research fresh ideas from a seed word — one seed typically returns dozens of related searches with their numbers.
In your report: the searches you already win, and the ones within reach.
QUICK CHECK · ONE QUESTION
Who sits at position 1 on your best search?
MEASURED, NOT GUESSED
In your report: your rivals named, with the searches they beat you on. See yours now — the free check runs this live →
03
What it is: the businesses taking the customers you want, search by search. Not who you THINK your competitors are — who Google actually puts above you when your customer searches. Those are often different lists, and the difference is where the money leaks.
How it actually works: for any search, Google publishes its verdict in the open: first place, second place, third. We fetch the live results page for your keywords and read exactly who sits where. Then we go wider: across your whole keyword set at once, which domains keep appearing above you, how often, at what average position, and how much traffic that position is worth. That turns "I think the big chains outrank us" into a named list with numbers.
What we measure, step by step: the live Google results for your keywords — who ranks, in what order, on the real results page. Then the cross-comparison: every domain competing in your market, ranked by how consistently they beat you, with their estimated traffic value. Because the audit runs on measured SERP data, your rivals are named, not guessed.
In your report: your rivals named, with the searches they beat you on.
QUICK CHECK · ONE QUESTION
How many sites link to yours - and how many of them are spam?
MEASURED, NOT GUESSED
In your report: the good links, the poison links, named one by one, ordered by authority, as deep as your audit buys; the rest counted. See yours now — the free check runs this live →
04
What it is: a backlink is another website linking to yours. To Google it reads like a recommendation: a respected site linking to you is a vote of confidence; a spam site linking to you is bad company. You can't rank well in a competitive market without good ones, and you can be dragged down by bad ones you don't even know exist.
How it actually works: every link pointing at your site carries signals — which page it comes from, the words used in the link (the anchor), whether it passes authority (follow) or not (nofollow), the linking site's own authority score, and a spam score. A hundred links from one spammy network are worth less than one link from a respected local paper. Counting links tells you nothing; reading them tells you everything.
What we measure, step by step: first the profile summary — total backlinks, how many different domains link to you, and your strongest referrers. Then the detailed rows: each linking domain, where it points, follow or nofollow, the authority signals, and the spam score per link. Spam gets filtered and NAMED — you see exactly which links are poison, not just a worrying number.
In your report: the good links, the poison links, named one by one, ordered by authority, as deep as your audit buys; the rest counted.
QUICK CHECK · ONE QUESTION
Search your trade on Google Maps right now: are you in the top three?
MEASURED, NOT GUESSED
For local businesses, we read your location from your own site, no extra information needed — in your report: where you sit locally, who's in your postcode, what people ask. See yours now — the free check runs this live →
05
What it is: when someone nearby searches "plumber" or "supplements shop", Google shows a map with three businesses on it before anything else. Being in that box — or not — decides whose phone rings. For a local business it is worth more than every other ranking combined.
How it actually works: Google keeps a register of businesses with coordinates, categories, ratings and review counts, and ranks them for every local search. It also hosts public questions and answers on each business profile — real customers asking "do you deliver?" and "are you open Sundays?" — which most owners have never read, let alone answered. An unanswered question on your profile is a customer you sent to the shop next door.
What we measure, step by step: the business listings around your coordinates — who is registered on your patch, in which category, with what ratings. Then the live Google Maps results for your search at your location, rank order intact: position 1, 2, 3 and where you sit. Then the questions and answers on the relevant profiles — what your customers are asking out loud.
For local businesses, we read your location from your own site, no extra information needed — in your report: where you sit locally, who's in your postcode, what people ask.
QUICK CHECK · ONE QUESTION

MEASURED, NOT GUESSED
In your report: every figure sourced from live measured data — nothing estimated, nothing borrowed. See yours now — the free check runs this live →

What it is: one domain name. The whole audit is measured from the outside, on live data — no sign-ins, no account access, no code installed on your site.
How we treat it: every figure in your report comes from live, measured search data — rankings, keywords, competitors, links, site condition. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is taken from anyone’s private accounts.
Why this matters: a report you can trust names its sources. Yours is built entirely on data we measured ourselves, on the day you ordered, and every finding is re-checked against your live site before it is sent.

VERDICT
MEASURED — every finding carries the page it sits on and the number it came from
WE DON'T GUESS
Anything that could not be measured on your run is said as not measured, never dressed as a finding
Where something could not be measured, your report says so in plain words. It is the only way you can trust the findings that are right.
Usually within two hours — a larger site takes longer. The audit reads your whole site page by page and checks its findings back against your live pages before anything is sent, and that honest double-checking is where the time goes. The biggest site we have timed, over four hundred pages, took just over two hours end to end; a typical business site is done well inside that.
The whole pack as one book — one PDF with a real index: the report, your to-do list, and every piece with its cover and two plain lines, with the files for your AI at the back. The course and the working sheets are their own PDFs. All four are attached to your delivery email and sit together on your download page, each with its cover. Open them on any device; nothing to log in to.
Four PDFs and four pages. The report as its own PDF; the whole pack as one book, a PDF with a real index; the course as its own PDF; the working sheets as their own PDF — your keywords with their numbers, your fix plan, every link that points at you, the questions people put to the AI assistants when that sheet is in your pack, and your site’s own photograph from audit day; the download page where all four sit with their covers; your own pack page; your copy-paste fixes page; and the web book, chapter by chapter — all at a permanent link, no login, no expiry. One payment. Nothing to cancel. Yours to keep.
No. The lines are already written — the course shows the exact field they go in for Shopify, WordPress, Wix and Squarespace. A typical fixes file is an afternoon of careful pasting, not clever work.
No login, no plugin, no code on your site. The audit reads what the public internet already sees, and the findings that can be checked on the page are read back off your live site before the report is sent, and the report names which ones were.
The same professional grade of data the expensive agencies buy — bought fresh for your run, read for you, and written out in plain English. We keep our exact instruments to ourselves, the way a good kitchen keeps its recipes. What you receive is the finished plate: every fault named, every fix written out, every line ready to paste.
A free scan grades your headings and your image tags. It cannot tell you whether anyone finds you, because that needs search data somebody has to pay for. We buy it. That is the half you are actually paying for, and it is 60% of the score.
It will, sometimes. So the findings that can be checked on the page are read back off your live site before the report is sent — every finding carries its own evidence, and anything that cannot be confirmed says so instead of guessing.
No. You get a link. It works forever and it never asks you to log in. Your score is worked out once and stored — it does not drift while you work. Still no account, still nothing to cancel.
Not the pasting, no — but the writing is already done. Every fault arrives with its corrected line written out, ready to paste, and the course walks you through exactly where each line goes in Shopify, WordPress, Wix or Squarespace. Most owners clear the file in an afternoon. If you want someone to do the pasting as well, that is a separate conversation and a separate price — and we will say so plainly rather than burying it in an upsell.
No, and nobody honest can. Technical faults can be fixed the same day, content takes weeks, and rankings move over months. Anyone quoting you a position is selling something.
